Registration

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any unauthorized or fraudulent use.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery timelines and methods vary by product and destination. International orders may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Claims for damages or defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion following investigation and proof of defect or error.

Defective Products and Limitations

Due to production tolerances, acceptable variations may occur, typically within ±2.5%. Minor inconsistencies in color, cut, or print position that fall within these tolerances do not constitute defects.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All customer-submitted designs must meet our formatting guidelines (e.g., CMYK, 300 DPI, outlined fonts). Customers are fully responsible for copyrights, licensing, and legal use of any provided content.

Content License and Copyright

By submitting content to us, you grant ecoenclose a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it strictly for production purposes. We do not retain rights beyond the manufacturing process.

Overruns and Proofing

A standard industry overrun/underrun tolerance of ±8% may apply. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs prior to production. Final approval constitutes acceptance of layout and content.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is due upon order unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur a finance charge of 2% per month or the maximum permitted by law. Invoices are issued electronically.

Website Usage

The content, images, and data on our website are proprietary. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites and disclaim any liability arising from your use of them.

Disclaimers and Governing Law
